Bingo fanatics win jackpot amount of £20,000
149 Grimsby’s bingo fanatics have scooped a total share of a £20,000 jackpot. It is said that each player at Gala Bingo at Pasture Street, pocketed an amount of £134, soon after defeating their competitors from over 100 different clubs nationwide. The deputy manager Matt Adlington stated that the jackpot was part of Gala’s High Five Day.
Many players from all around the country came together to compete interactively, so as to secure a full house in the game. However, the club at Grimsby came up trumps. Mr. Adlington stated that, as the club that won the full house it had to share the total jackpot amount amongst the players. He said that, it was incredible that so many players got a chance to share the prize.
Bingo is becoming more and more popular and online bingo is a fantastic game to play. One of the few fortunate winners was Edith Wilson from Immingham, who played at the centre daily. She said that she was quite pleased as she had never won that kind of money before. She further added that she would go for a holiday in Majorca and would spend her money there.
