Socket1 has also commented that both she and her husband of 30 years usually aren’t that lucky and that they have never had any luck like this before. She then went on to say “We have struggled a lot in our 30 years of marriage with my husband’s ill-health and [sic] had to have a lot of time off of work in hospital so this win is going to allow us to get on even terms”
Socket1 also said that she couldn’t believe that she had won and that she thought she had read the prize amount incorrectly: “At first I thought it said £495 but when I looked at the screen again the mega jackpot box declared that the jackpot had been won”
