Player Wins £128,000 at Gala Bingo
Gala Bingo has revealed that one of their family of bingo players has scooped a colossal £128,000, whilst playing bingo at their local Gala Bingo club in Salford. It gets even better though online bingo fans, because the lucky player won whilst playing the notorious Gala Bingo ‘High Five’ game, which means that the good luck was spread about. In fact a massive 105 players participating in the same game, walked away with a cash prize of just over £1,000!

The extremely lucky lady in question to scoop £128,000 from Gala Bingo has been revealed as 67 year old Sylvia Sharp-Cardigan, who has been playing at the club every week for well over 30 years. When asked about her big win Mrs Sharp-Cardigan said “Everyone was coming up to congratulate me and I couldn’t believe I’d won so much. The manager had to get me a glass of brandy and I couldn’t play my second game of bingo”
What to Spend the Money On?
Mrs Sharp-Cardigan is clearly also a great mum because she has decided straight away to split her prize money with her daughter Sharon. Sharon always accompanies her mum to Gala Bingo for a bingo game or two. However the lucky bingo winner also has big plans for the rest of her prize money, because she is hoping to fulfill her dream of visiting Graceland, so that she can see Elvis Presley’s home. Mrs Sharp-Cardigan has been a lifelong Elvis fan and actually found out he had died in 1977 after returning home from a game of bingo. Mrs Sharp-Cardigan is also hoping to go on a pilgrimage with her church to Lourdes, as well as spoiling all her family rotten.
