Party Bingo signs a deal with the largest bingo hall operator in Spain
In an attempt to create a stronger business, Party Gaming, the parent company of Party Bingo has signed a deal with one of the largest bingo hall operators in Spain – CIRSA. The Spanish company owns and operates casinos, bingo halls and amusement arcades in Spain and South and Latin America. It is also the leader in the Spanish bingo market where it has 139 amusement arcades, 57 bingo halls and 4 casinos.
Party Gaming and CIRSA have signed a three year long global alliance which is sure to be very beneficial for both companies. The CEO of Party Gaming, Jim Ryan said that the agreement with the Spanish company was part of their strategy to establish strong business operations with important companies through alliances all over the world. He also said that he was certain that the combination of his company’s online gaming expertise with CIRSA’s assets would open up great opportunities for both companies.
With the deal, it is assured that Party Bingo’s product will be promoted in CIRSA’s bingo halls and will be extended into the extremely competitive Spanish market. Although Spain has very few bingo halls that promote online products due to the legal grey area, the deal will see a faster legalisation of online gambling in the country.
