Mecca Bingo, Online Finalists for Mecca’s Got Talent
Mecca Bingo as you may recall put on a special competition earlier in the year called ‘Mecca’s Got Talent’. This is where they were looking for talented people across the UK. It could be any talent from Singing, Dancing, juggling etc. Mecca Bingo decided to launch this talent competition due to celebrating their partnership with Britain’s Got Talent. They have now opened their own ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ themed bingo room.
Good Old British Talent….
Mecca Bingo originally held auditions at their bingo halls where they picked the contestants with the best talents from all over the UK. 
However, last month they decided to open the competition up and let people apply online. This was hopefully so they could find even more talent. They managed to whittle down all the entries to the five following contestants: Sonja Gallagher, Rachel Woods, Lisa Welsh, Heather Hughes and Cara Hawkins, all these ladies are very talented singers.
Who Will Go Through?
Mecca Bingo now wants the public to vote for their favourite act. All you have to do is log onto YouTube and watch their auditions online – don’t expect anything too fancy as a lot of them are just singing at home but boy! Do they have good voices. Once you have watched the auditions you simply have to click on ‘Like’ choosing the competitors you think should go to the final in September. Only two of the five singers can go through so, as usual the contestants with the most votes will be the ones. The final will take place before or after a footie match at Wembley Stadium in front of a crowd of 40,000 people. Wow! Let’s hope none of them suffer from stage fright….
The winner of the final will win a cash prize of £3,000. All the contestants who manage to get through to the final of Mecca’s Got Talent will also be invited to the final of Britain’s Got Talent in 2011 as guests.
