GTECH G2 recently announced that they will continue to provide gaming engines including poker and bingo to Yahoo! for the next two years. They are also planning to add new instant games to their active platform. GTECH G2 consists of Finsoft, Boss Media, Dynamite Idea and St Minver. It offers a complete range of game content, technology solutions and end-to-end gaming services to all its clients; both large and small enterprises with Yahoo! being their biggest client.
In 2005, St Minver started Yahoo Bingo for Yahoo! Ireland and the UK. Along with bingo, the site presently includes a wide range of 60 instant games including arcade games, number games and scratch cards. Yahoo! will soon be featuring the latest instant games through St Minver who offers integrated gaming services for a European sportsbook and completely managed ‘white label’ gaming solutions for blue-chip media brands. These games will be including the standard suspects such as scratch cards, jackpots, table games and arcade games.
Yahoo! has also said that it will be launching a downloadable version of poker to go along with the Flash version presently on offer. Leigh Nissim, Commercial Director at GTECH G2 said that they have been working with Yahoo! for more than four years and have built a superb relationship together.
