A bingo player from Bury St Edmunds is over the moon after winning a bingo jackpot worth £23,000 playing the National Bingo game. The player has requested to remain anonymous but she was playing at her local bingo hall in Hatter Street, Winners Bingo club.

She is the second bingo player from Bury St Edmunds who has won the jackpot in 2009. Earlier in the year in April, another woman won a jackpot which in excess of £20,000.
