Sunlight Bingo was so excited to hear about a recent bingo win that we thought we would let all our lovely readers know about it as well. Now this isn’t the usual bingo win as it wasn’t an online bingo win at a site like Foxy Bingo or even a bingo hall win no, it was a bingo win on a cruise ship!
Family Holiday of a Lifetime.
The lucky bingo winner, Maureen Klopocinski from Daisyfield in Blackburn and her family were having a week away on the Splendour of the Seas cruise liner which would be visiting Corfu, Greece, Venice and Dubrovnik. The family decided to save up to go away on a relaxing holiday due to the fact that Maureen’s husband Michael had recently suffered a heart attack.
What the family weren’t expecting was that their cruise holiday would turn into a holiday of a lifetime, when Maureen decided to take part in the ships bingo game to win an outstanding prize of a £1,400 per-night upgrade to the ships Royal Suite which is located next to the Captains quarters. This suite is pure luxury and features its own Balcony, baby grand piano, king size bed and much more.

Maureen paid £15 for her lucky bingo ticket, which is probably the best £15 that she has ever spent. Maureen is reported as saying the following about her big win: “It sounded like fun but I was up against hundreds of others. At the end they made everyone who was down to just one number stand up. There were a lot of us standing and I was just waiting for 37 to come up. When it did I went wild. They told me that porters would come to the room to help transfer us but I couldn’t wait. I raced to our room and took everything up myself. I was so excited!”
