Marked increase in online bingo websites in the UK
The most recent study by search marketing company ‘Green light’ is now indicating that online bingo company Bingo.com has overtaken Foxy Bingo as the most visible UK bingo website on local and global search engines.
The findings of this study were which was undertaken for EGaming Review clearly shows that the online bingo sensation Bingo.com appears on the very first page of close to at least 68% of all bingo related searches on Google.co.uk.
The last time similar research was conducted, the results indicated that Foxy Bingo came out on top.
The most recent rankings also show some good findings for other online bingo sites as well. Various other online bingo sites such as Littlewoods Bingo, Gala Bingo and Wink Bingo have improved immensely on their online visibility.
The findings of this study were corroborated using a sample space of 515,000 bingo related searches throughout the month of June 2009. Close to half of the searches accounted for registered the keyword ‘bingo’ alone. The second most popular search was registered as free bingo although it stood at a meagre 10% of all the searches recorded.
